•  International Medicine Centre officially opened
•  Mobile Clinical Assistant (MCA) introduced
•  Community Psycho-geriatric Programme (CPGP) introduced

2008:

•  e-financial counselling system introduced
•  Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) implemented
•  Bedside Medical Workstations (BMWs) equipped
•  Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) was launched
•  ACTION (Aged Care Transition) Team was set up

•  Community Health Screening Programme (HOPES) introduced
